E-Commerce Admin / Traffic Generation Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-Commerce Admin / Traffic Generation Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business.

This role combines e-commerce administration, data management, email marketing, SEO, and traffic generation . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Maropost/Neto, Xero, spreadsheets, and SEO , with an understanding of how to generate traffic through Google and AI search channels .

This is a great opportunity for someone who can work across both operations and marketing while keeping systems, data, and processes accurate and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce administrative tasks
  
• Maintain accurate product, order, customer, and operational data
  
• Support e-commerce platform administration, particularly Maropost/Neto
  
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and workflows using Klaviyo
  
• Support bookkeeping and administrative workflows using Xero
  
• Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational reports
  
• Assist with SEO activities to improve online visibility and traffic
  
• Support traffic generation through Google search and AI search/answer engines
  
• Assist with content updates and optimization to improve discoverability
  
• Support other operational tasks across the business as needed
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in e-commerce administration or digital operations
  
• Working knowledge of Klaviyo
  
• Experience with Maropost/Neto or similar e-commerce platforms
  
• Familiarity with Xero
  
• Strong spreadsheet and data management skills
  
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO
  
• Understanding of traffic generation and content optimization
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  

Highly Desirable

• Experience with AI-assisted search optimization
  
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  
• Experience working in a small business or e-commerce environment
  
• Strong written communication skills
  
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
