Junior Production Associate

The Junior Production Associate helps turn creative ideas into actual, executable work.
You’ll support the Production Team across shoots, events, activations, content productions, and other creative projects. You will be making sure that all the people, materials, schedules, suppliers, and details are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
This is a hands-on role for someone organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment. You don’t need to know everything on Day 1, but you should be willing to learn quickly, solve problems, and get things done.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and coordinating photo shoots, video productions, events, activations, and other agency projects. Help prepare production timelines, schedules, call sheets, and other project documents.
- Source and coordinate with production suppliers, venues, crew members, and other partners.
- Assist the Production Team in monitoring project expenses against approved budgets.
- Serve as part of the production team during shoots, events, and activations. Assist with talent, client, crew, and venue coordination on-site.
- Coordinate proper storage and turnover of project materials after production.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Production, including supporting daily operations and coordinating tasks with team members.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Production Lines, including workflow processes and basic production procedures.
- Candidates should possess basic Machine Operation abilities, such as handling standard production equipment safely under guidance.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including checking outputs against standards and reporting defects or concerns.
- Candidates should be Easily Adaptable, able to adjust to shifting priorities, new tools, and varied production tasks.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or studio environment is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Willingness to learn, follow safety protocols, and receive feedback constructively.
