We're hiring a Brand Specialist to join our mobile team! If you're great at handling supplier relationships, negotiating deals, and driving brand presence — this one’s for you.
Location: Head Office – 35 San Antonio Street, San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage product life cycle from sourcing to marketing strategies
• Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to select and curate products aligned with business goals
• Negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing and terms
• Monitor inventory to ensure availability while avoiding overstock and aging items
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for efficient inventory processes
• Provide sales teams with product info, pricing, and promos
• Analyze sales data to guide adjustments and strategies
• Conduct market research to track trends and customer preferences
• Benchmark products against competitors for a competitive edge
• Monitor product performance and generate reports for leadership
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other departments for aligned launches and initiatives
• Implement compliance standards and best practices in vendor and inventory management
• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or a related course
• Experience in merchandising, brand handling, or buying is a plus
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills
• Willing to travel and attend out-of-town events and supplier meetings
