- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or product content
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplace seller centers.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
- Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings on online marketplace platforms.
- Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and specifications) are complete,
- Ensure product pricing and discount structures are correctly reflected across platforms.
- Regularly audit online listings to confirm accuracy in SRP, promo prices, and bundle deals.
- Coordinate with the MPCD Heads, Ecomm and Marketing teams to implement approved price changes or
- Tag or update out-of-stock and restock notifications in marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate stock visibility across all platforms to prevent overselling or stock discrepancies.
- Generate regular reports on product listing accuracy
- Identify gaps or opportunities in content, pricing, and product visibility.
- Recommend improvements to enhance conversion and customer experience.
