- Identifying and escalating potential issues or violations of policies.
- Provide feedback on content trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation processes and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Media, or Business.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle sensitive topics and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
