This role is responsible for managing Sanibeauté's social media presence and e-commerce content strategy across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. The position combines content creation, creator network management, live selling coordination, and performance optimization to drive conversion and brand growth. Key responsibilities
- Produce and publish 3–5 conversion-focused TikTok videos daily on the Sanibeauté brand account following proven pain-point storytelling format
- Run daily A/B testing on hooks, creatives, and content angles to continuously improve conversion rates
- Produce content across all high-performing formats: before/after transformations, GRWM, skincare routine integration, ASMR spray demos, ingredient education, and UGC-style testimonials
- Support day-to-day management of Sanibeauté's 200+ affiliate creator network and send weekly content briefs to all active affiliates
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new micro to mid-tier creators — target minimum 50 new affiliates per month
- Coordinate daily LIVE session logistics and prepare LIVE session assets including product overlays, countdown graphics, and promo banners
- Own day-to-day management of all Sanibeauté social media channels and maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions within 2 hours during business hours
- Track content performance daily — views, engagement, click-through rate to TikTok Shop, and attributed GMV
- Produce basic video edits for TikTok content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent tools and create simple graphic assets for social media posts
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Hands-on TikTok content creation experience — understands hooks, trending formats, and what makes content convert
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and social commerce
- Able to produce 3–5 videos per day consistently — this is a high-output, execution-heavy role
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent
- Data-driven — comfortable reading TikTok analytics, tracking content performance, and adjusting based on results
- Strong communication skills in Filipino and English — needed for creator briefs, captions, and community management
- Highly organized and self-managed — able to hit daily output targets without constant supervision
