Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads for IT services. This role is responsible for handling Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, improving lead quality, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through continuous optimization and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in paid advertising and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns including Search and Remarketing campaigns
• Conduct research to identify and target high-intent business leads
• Write, test, and optimize ad copies to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversions
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance including CPC, CPL, and ROAS
• Manage monthly advertising budgets efficiently
Tracking & Performance Analysis
• Track conversions and ensure proper campaign tracking setup
• Analyze lead quality and continuously refine targeting strategies
• Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization initiatives
• Prepare quarterly campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations
Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong understanding of PPC campaign management
• Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
• Basic understanding of conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in lead generation campaigns is an advantage
• Open to all educational backgrounds
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
