- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of experienced chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
- Support with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in serving meals and ensuring quality presentation.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skills, knowledge of kitchen hygiene, and ability to perform stewarding tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to lift heavy items.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Effective mise-en-place and assisting in various kitchen operations.
- Working Conditions: Exposure to a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, and performing physical tasks.
