Ice Plant Operator

Job Description:
- Check daily suction pressure, oil level, thawing time, and ice thickness.
- Maintain the freezing tank by cleaning the ice machine weekly.
- Check for ammonia leaks and clean the water filter.
- Monthly drain the oil path separator and clean the tube maker, cooling tower, and sprinkles.
- Lubricate the compressor and motor bearings, and check all motor pumps.
- Monitor the harvest of machine.
- Input to monitoring sheet and operator logbook.
- Ensure the ice bagger is in good working condition.
- Assist with delivery and retail operations as needed.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the plant.
