Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and online channels, and present Cyber Hub Markets’ consulting and technology services in a clear, benefits-focused manner. The role includes managing a sales pipeline, scheduling and leading discovery calls, coordinating with internal delivery teams to shape proposals, and following up to close new business. The associate will maintain accurate CRM records, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes. Day-to-day work also involves building long-term client relationships, staying informed about company offerings in AI/ML, blockchain, DevOps, data analytics, and IoT, and adapting sales strategies to meet targets.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and relationship-building.
- Candidates should possess client-facing and presentation skills, including the ability to run discovery calls, deliver engaging presentations, and explain complex services in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including pipeline management, CRM usage, time management, and basic data analysis for sales reporting.
- Candidates should possess a general understanding of technology and professional services, ideally with exposure to AI/ML, blockchain, DevOps, data analytics, or IoT.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with a commitment to ethical and inclusive sales practices.
- Prior experience in commission-based or B2B sales is highly beneficial; experience selling consulting or technology services is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required when balanced by strong sales performance history.
