Location: Makati / Cebu
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home; full onsite during busy season)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
The Audit Staff supports audit engagements by performing assigned audit procedures, preparing working papers, and assisting the team in delivering accurate and timely audit results. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to audit standards, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute audit procedures and prepare complete and accurate working papers
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports
- Gather, review, and analyze client data and supporting audit evidence
- Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with audit methodologies, standards, and internal policies
- Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate to seniors or managers when necessary
- Support the audit team during fieldwork and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 1–2 years of audit experience; minimum of 2 busy seasons preferred
- Open to candidates with at least 1 year of experience (subject to evaluation)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
