Job Title: Utility Staff

Job Summary:

The Utility Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of the speedway facility. This role supports daily operations by ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests and staff. Utility Staff also assist with basic maintenance, event setup, and other operational tasks as assigned. Similar motorsports and karting facilities emphasize cleanliness, equipment readiness, and operational support as key responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the racetrack, pit area, waiting area, restrooms, and other facility areas.

• Collect and properly dispose of trash and recyclable materials.

• Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for events and daily operations.

• Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any damaged equipment or facility issues.

• Ensure safety standards are followed throughout the facility.

• Assist other departments with operational needs when required.

• Organize and store cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Support staff in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.

• Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.

• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.

• Previous experience in housekeeping, maintenance, or utility work is an advantage but not required.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a team.

• Good communication and time-management skills.
