Solutions Support Engineer

The Solutions Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients, ensuring efficient resolution of issues related to systems, applications, and IT solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver high-quality support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client issues related to software, hardware, and IT systems.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and support processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and customer experience.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- At least 6 months of experience in a client support or technical support role.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
