About the Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join the hospitality team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila . As a Waiter, you will be the face of our dining establishment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction at every meal service.

What You'll be Doing

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them at appropriate tables

• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings

• Taking accurate food and drink orders whilst identifying any dietary requirements or preferences

• Communicating orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct preparation

• Serving food and beverages in a professional manner, following proper plating and presentation standards

• Checking in regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

• Clearing tables efficiently and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area

• Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately

• Restocking service stations and maintaining organisation of dining areas

• Collaborating with kitchen and hospitality staff to ensure smooth service flow

• Upholding health and safety standards and maintaining professional hygiene at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role within a hospitality setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests

• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding order accuracy and presentation

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure and courtesy

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and move about the dining area

• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to consistent attendance

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific service style of our establishment
