Job description:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in office layout planning, workplace design, furniture specification, or fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of furniture systems, material specifications, sourcing, and procurement processes
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and specialty item providers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape is highly preferred
- Well-versed in interpreting architectural plans, shop drawings, and technical construction details
- Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities
- Willing to travel locally and internationally as required by project and business needs
- Experience in workplace planning, space optimization, and office fit-out projects is an advantage
