Role Overview:
Oneminers is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead and scale our Philippines-based marketing team . This is a managerial, on-site role requiring a proven leader with at least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience , including SEO, community engagement, and people management .This position is not open to junior or entry-level candidates . Only applicants with demonstrated experience managing marketing teams will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the PH marketing team , ensuring high performance and accountability
- Own and execute SEO strategy , content optimization, and organic growth initiatives
- Drive community engagement strategies across digital platforms
- Develop and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and marketing reports for leadership
- Coordinate and report across cross-functional teams and departments (Product, Operations, Leadership)
- Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and overall business objectives
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and continuous optimization
Mandatory Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience
- Proven experience managing and leading a marketing team
- Strong background in SEO, digital marketing, and community management
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to report, present insights, and coordinate across departments
- Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environmen
Applicants without prior marketing management experience will not be considered.
Preferred / High-Value Qualifications
- Experience scaling marketing teams or functions
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and SEO frameworks
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Background in tech, crypto, fintech, or digital platforms is a strong advantage
Work Arrangement
- On-site position only (This role is not WFH or remote )
- Based in the Philippines
