Position: Mandarin General Accounting Assistant Manager Industry: Biggest Mobile Technology Company Location: BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Mon-Fri at 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 Work Set-up: Work On-Site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Having 2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
- Having experience in issuing sales invoices, reconciling accounts regularly with the business team, and with suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Compile, review, and analyze monthly budget submissions from various departments and regions, providing accurate and insightful financial reports.
- Handle accounting operations, including the preparation and verification of accounting vouchers, as well as maintaining subsidiary and general ledger records.
- Demonstrate strong accountability, commitment, and adherence to professional standards.
- Carry out regular audits and physical checks of company fixed assets and departmental petty cash, documenting findings through detailed reports.
- Examine procurement and lease contracts to verify accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Generate sales invoices and perform periodic account reconciliations with sales departments and suppliers to ensure financial accuracy.
