Retail Sales Associate

- Welcome and assist customers professionally and provide personalized service.
- Handle customer inquiries, appointments, requests, concerns, and follow-ups.
- Assist with daily store operations, showroom readiness, client visits, and transactions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure customer requests are properly handled.
- Maintain accurate customer records, schedules, documents, and pending requests.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Store Manager or Management when needed.
- Handle VIP clients and sensitive customer concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure timely follow-up and completion of customer and administrative tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Store Assistant, Executive Assistant, Front Office, or similar roles.
- Store Assistant or Executive Assistant experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
