Audit Associate

- Assist in conducting audits of financial statements and records.
- Evaluate internal controls and risk management processes.
- Prepare detailed audit documentation and reports.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management.
- Support senior auditors in various audit projects.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and standards.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, knowledge of tax laws, and tax audit processes.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with potential deadlines during tax season.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach.
