Sales Promodiser

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Promoter to represent Xiaomi products at our Parqal Mall branch. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Promote and demonstrate Xiaomi products (smartphones, AIoT devices, accessories, etc.)
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly to customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products in the store
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the team
- Stay updated on latest Xiaomi products, promos, and competitor offerings
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate; college level preferred
- With experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or gadget
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn about Xiaomi products
- Pleasing personality and presentable appearance
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills
- Experience in mobile phone or gadget sales
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Customer service-oriented mindset
