Position: Sr Manager Process Improvement (Service Excellence)

Salary Offer: Php160,000 basic pay + allowances
Work Schedule: shifting schedules
Work Set Up: Hybrid Setup
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- With at least 8-10 years of experience as Sr Manager Process Improvement (Service Excellence).
- Experience working in a BPO Company is an advantage.
- Amendable to work in a shifting Schedule.
- Amendable to work in Hybrid Setup.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute service excellence strategies, lead transformation projects, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects, from scoping and analysis to implementation and monitoring results
- Partner with operations, client, and leadership teams to achieve goals and implement changes.
- Ensure adherence to standards (SOW, regulations) and report on project progress and impact.
