Sales Representative

- Sales and Business Development: Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and networking to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation: Present products or services to potential clients, demonstrating features, benefits, and value to close sales.
- Market Research and Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Handle negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure the timely completion of sales while maintaining profitability.
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product benefits and address client needs.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong ability to identify client challenges and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Technologically Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and client management.
