Position: DIGITAL MARKETING & MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER (VIDEO CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA)

Salary range : up to Php 94/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)

Working Hours: Australia Business Hours (Monday–Friday)

Work set-up: 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Multimedia Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling videos, graphics, and digital campaigns. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing engaging multimedia content, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping drive audience engagement through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Content Creation (Primary Focus)

• Edit long-form videos, interviews, podcasts, webinars, and other multimedia content into engaging short-form content for social media.
• Produce high-quality reels, shorts, promotional videos, campaign content, highlights, and branded video assets.
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, animations, branding elements, and audio enhancements to maximise engagement.
• Optimise video content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent, professional brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Manage multiple video editing projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards.

Graphic Design

• Design professional marketing materials for digital and print channels.
• Create social media graphics, digital advertisements, promotional banners, email marketing assets, presentations, and branded collateral.
• Produce visually compelling creative assets aligned with company branding and marketing objectives.
• Develop original designs using Adobe Creative Suite rather than relying solely on template-based platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives.

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using content calendars.
• Monitor audience engagement and assist with community management.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, increase brand awareness, and grow online communities.
• Stay informed on emerging social media trends and best practices.

Paid Media Support

• Assist in executing and optimising Meta advertising campaigns.
• Support paid social campaigns focused on lead generation, audience growth, and brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Assist with campaign reporting and return-on-investment (ROI) analysis.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital advertising initiatives.

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Develop creative assets supporting product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all marketing activities.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor campaign performance across social media and digital marketing channels.
• Track engagement, audience growth, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance, creative workflows, and marketing processes.
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

Requirements

Required

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Content Creation, or a similar marketing role.
• Advanced video editing skills supported by a strong portfolio of professional work.
• Professional graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience converting long-form content into engaging short-form videos for social media.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement.
• Experience supporting or managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.

Preferred

• Experience working in a fast-paced, creative marketing environment.
• Knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and digital analytics.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve content production and workflow efficiency.
• Experience creating content for premium brands, marketplaces, events, or consumer-focused businesses is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Australian audiences and communication styles is highly desirable.
