Director of Operations
Temporary
Construye AI
About the Role
We’re growing fast and looking for an organized, results-driven Director of Operations to keep our business running smoothly as we take on new client accounts. You’ll coordinate our internal teams, oversee the apps and tools we run on, and make sure every client gets a steady flow of qualified, attended meetings. This is a commission-based role with a clear path to a salaried position.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate internal teams (SDRs, account managers, marketing and operations) so everyone is aligned on client goals, timelines, and priorities
- Oversee the SDR teams assigned to each client account, making sure outreach is on-brand, consistent, and hitting targets
- Manage and improve our internal apps, automations, and tools, working with the tech team to fix issues and roll out new workflows
- Build and maintain clear processes and documentation so teams can scale as we add clients
- Set weekly KPIs for each team and track progress against them
- Make sure all activity and booked meetings are logged accurately in our CRM.
- Spot bottlenecks across teams and accounts, and drive solutions quickly
- Lead onboarding for new clients and new team members
- Report directly to our COO with weekly updates on performance, pipeline, operations, and team health
Compensation & Career Path
- 20% of what each client pays us per lead, for every lead booked by your team that attends the meeting
- Payments made monthly
- After 3 months, we’ll review your performance and, where applicable, offer a base salary
- Clear path to grow with the company as we add more clients and accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in operations, sales development, or B2B lead generation, ideally with experience managing teams
- Comfortable working with apps, CRMs, and automation tools (experience with n8n, Make, or similar is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable with targets, numbers, and holding teams accountable
- Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/phone
Why Join Us
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- Uncapped earning potential that grows with every client we add
- A real path from commission to salary
- Direct access to leadership and the chance to shape how our operations scale
