Customer Service Representative

J.B.C.B Bakery
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting baked goods and other products.
- Take customer orders accurately, including special requests for cakes, pastries, or bulk orders.
- Provide information about the bakery’s products, ingredients, and promotions.
- Handle transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy in pricing and payment processing.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly, escalating if necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and display area to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the management of low-stock items.
- Assist with packaging and labeling baked goods as needed.
- Provide delivery updates or pickup details for pre-ordered items.
- Promote loyalty programs or special offers
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests and maintain records.
- Familiarity with bakery products and ingredients is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Dependable, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
