DIGITAL MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

About the role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage and strengthen the online presence of our group of companies across Facebook, websites, and other digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's official Facebook pages, websites, and other social media accounts
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, promotional materials, and company announcements
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility
Design basic graphics, promotional posters, and digital marketing materials
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages, coordinating with concerned departments as needed
Regularly update company websites, including announcements, promotions, events, and business information
Plan and execute online campaigns for mall events, tenant promotions, and food retail activities
Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and digital marketing effectiveness
Ensure consistent branding, accurate information, and professional online representation across all company platforms
Coordinate with Mall Operations, Food Retail, Leasing, and other departments for marketing requirements
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management
Experience managing multiple Facebook pages, business websites, and social media platforms
Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other content creation tools
Knowledge of Facebook Ads, digital marketing campaigns, and basic website management is an advantage
Basic photography, video editing, and graphic design skills
Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple brands and accounts
Excellent written communication skills and ability to meet content deadlines
