Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Makati City. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure safe and efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate
- Experience in facilities or building maintenance is an advantage
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical works
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks
- Willing to work on-site
- Can start immediately
