Multi Skilled Technician

Preventative Maintenance : Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose and repair issues with various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Respond quickly to emergency repair requests to minimize operational disruptions.
Installation : Install, replace, or upgrade mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems or components according to specifications and safety standards.
System Calibration : Adjust and calibrate machines, systems, or equipment to meet operational standards and optimize performance.
Technical Support : Provide technical support to team members and assist with the resolution of complex technical problems.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts usage. Prepare reports for management on system performance and any ongoing issues.
Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, codes, and organizational procedures when conducting maintenance and repairs. Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and other safety protocols.
Inventory Management : Track parts, materials, and equipment used for repairs and maintenance. Report on stock levels and assist in inventory control and ordering of replacement parts.
Collaboration : Work with other maintenance team members, contractors, and external vendors as needed to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment.
Training & Development : Continuously develop knowledge in new technologies, tools, and systems, and participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.
