About the role
Responsible for building partnership with Agency, Partnership and recruitment of Loan Consultants. Should be able to generate new account releases from recruited Loan Consultants and partner agency.Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Agencies, Partners, and Loan Consultants (LCs)
Actual Recruitment and Onboarding and maintaining strong relationships with Agencies, Partners, and Loan Consultants (LCs)
Generate sales for OFW and Seaman's Loan
Escalate concerns, complaints, and othe issues to the immediate superior for prompt resolution and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis
Identify new partnership opportunities and establish strategic alliances to increase business volume
Ensure timely endorsement, processing, and follow-up of loan application from partners and Loan Consultants
Implement recruitment and business development initiatives to strengthen market presence within the assigned area
Maintain accurate records of partner activities, recruitment status, production results, and account releases.
Coordinate with branch operations and support unites to ensure efficient servicing of partner and client requirements
Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment, partnership development, and production performance.
Strong knowledge of lending products, loan application and recommend action plans to better serve the Loan Consultant and Walk-In clients
Ensure integrity and compliance with all company policies
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superior or Department Head.
What we're looking for
College graduate of any 4-year business related courses (w/ or w/out sales experience) or College level or Senior High School graduate (w/ at least 1 year sales experience)
With recruitment and sourcing skills
With strong communication and negotiation/convincing abilities
Willing to do field work with strong local market awareness
With experience in sales, fieldwork, and recruiting salespeople.
