Job Responsibilities:
- Encodes, proofreads, and print official medical results
- Maintains logs of all official results
- Assists Doctors with the use of computers for reading patients' procedures
- Answers and redirects phone calls when needed
- Maintains confidentiality of patient records at all the times
- Assist in installing and configuring the computer hardware operating systems and application
- Assist in supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
- Assist in testing and evaluating new technology
- Answers telephones calls and inquiries regarding status of Medical Results
- Consults Laboratory Manager for all sensitive cases that require immediate action
- Releases medical certificates and other examination results
- Coordinates with the examining technician/physician regarding medical findings that need attention
- Instruct messenger to deliver the medical results to the clients
- Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior
- Ensure the quality of work in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure of the company
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or any related field
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Experience in Customer Service is Advantage
- Keen to details, organized, versatile, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
