Job Description
Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy,
establish departmental KPIs, and identify market expansion opportunities to drive
sustainable revenue and profitability.
Team Management & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and recruit for the Sales and
After-Sales teams. Conduct regular performance reviews and build leadership
capabilities across the department.
Key Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong
relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Review, negotiate, and
approve major contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
Operations & Financial Oversight: Manage the departmental budget, optimize
sales processes, and prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and strategic
recommendations for Executive Management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance: Align sales initiatives with
Marketing, Operations, and Finance while ensuring strict compliance with
company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management,
- Entrepreneurship, or any related field A Master's Degree (MBA) is an advantage.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 3-5
years in a senior sales leadership or management role.
- Proven track record Of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong experience in sales strategy development, business planning, and market expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipina
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Customer
- Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Experience with ERP or sales
management software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, prepare forecasts,
and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willing to travel as required for client meetings, business development, and branch or regional operations.
