Responsibilities
End-to-End Financial Operations:
- Execute and oversee daily SAP Finance/Accounting operations (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA).
- Lead month-end and year-end closing cycles within SAP, ensuring precise reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.
- Oversee cross-functional integration workflows (R2R, P2P, O2C) to maintain data accuracy.
Team Leadership & Process Oversight:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Finance tools and operational best practices.
- Delegate tasks, manage escalations, and optimize daily financial workflows.
- Drive process enhancements and troubleshoot system posting discrepancies.
Training, Mentorship & Documentation:
- Design and deliver structured SAP training programs and onboarding for team members.
- Mentor and coach junior accounting staff to build their technical proficiency in SAP.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and reference materials.
