- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Develop sales strategies to improve store performance and achieve targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Selling Skills, Administrative skills, Management, Leadership
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- With familiarity on the operations of a Motorcycle industry
- Can handle operations and branch personnel
- Has the knowledge on how sales and marketing works
- Can work under pressure
- Has the ability to multi-task
