Job Summary
- Lead engineering projects and operations
- Manage team of engineers
- Oversee surveys, planning, design, and construction
- Report to Technical Director and President
Principal Duties
- Plan and manage projects (scope, budget, timeline)
- Lead and mentor engineers
- Review designs, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure quality standards and compliance
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and consultants
- Innovate and recommend new technologies
- Handle permits and government requirements
- Manage staff performance and discipline
- Prepare monthly reports and attend meetings
Job Specifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
- At least 10 years of experience (5 years in land development and vertical projects)
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software
