Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. Applicants with or without BPO experience are welcome. Immediate hiring, with a target start date of October 23
Job Requirements
- Senior High School graduate; completed two years of college with no back subjects (HS/Old Curriculum); or college graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Strong to excellent communication skills (C1 level)
- B2 level required for the assessment
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for a healthcare client
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Document customer interactions and follow account processes and compliance guidelines
- Meet quality, performance, and attendance standards
