- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks according to fine dining presentation standards.
- Assist guests with menu selections, including explaining ingredients, preparation methods, and traditional Japanese dining customs.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout the service.
- Refill beverages, replace utensils, and attend to guests’ needs efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and utensils.
- Handle guest concerns or feedback professionally and promptly escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
- Support other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Service Crew, Waiter/Waitress, or Server.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to be deployed in San Juan, Manila.
