Warehouse Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update warehouse records, inventory reports, and documentation.
- Process and monitor receiving, issuance, transfer, and delivery documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel, logistics providers, and other departments regarding inventory movements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse documents, including receiving reports, delivery receipts, and inventory records.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation activities.
- Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
- Enter and update data in inventory management systems and spreadsheets.
- Respond to inquiries related to inventory status, deliveries, and warehouse transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other administrative and warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management software is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
