Qualifications: - Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Knowledge in using computers and office software applications
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to work efficiently and accurately
- Willing to start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Revolving funds and driver’s allowance cash custodian
- Releasing of daily allowance for drivers
- Releasing of weekly allowance for crane operator
- Balancing and daily cash count (Calaca and San Simon)
- Liquidation and replenishment of revolving funds and driver’s allowance
- Encoding of summary expenses
- Encoding and checking driver’s allowance issuance versus delivery monitoring of logistics coordinator driver’s status
- Withdrawal of salaries, driver’s allowance, and revolving funds
- Performs other duties as assigned or required

- Arctura Terminal, Don Gerardo Quano St. Extension, Brgy. Opao, Mandaue City, Cebu
