As a Professional Hospital Representative, you will drive revenue by cultivating relationships with healthcare clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation. You will ensure accurate reporting, collaborate with internal teams, support billing and collections, and stay informed on industry trends to deliver effective, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Development – Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to generate new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations.
• Sales Operations – Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms while ensuring achievement of sales targets, accurate reporting, and disciplined execution of sales plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with internal teams to align business initiatives, share market insights, and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
• Financial Coordination – Support collections efforts by monitoring outstanding invoices, resolving billing concerns, and preparing accurate sales forecasts aligned with business requirements.
• Compliance & Professional Standards – Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while promoting safe and compliant product use.
• CRM Management – Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Salesforce and other company systems, monitor opportunities and activities, and leverage analytics tools such as Power BI for territory planning and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory; valid driver’s license required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
