- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a calm, effective manner.
- Actively promote gas, fuel-related products, and other convenience store items.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
- Suggest additional products to customers
- -Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- -Sales representatives in retail or gas stations may need to stand or walk for extended periods.
- -Ability to lift and carry products, such as promotional materials or stock items, if required by the job.
