Oversee all sales-related functions and activities.
Provide leadership, direction, and resources to support the organization's strategic and growth objectives.
Drive revenue growth and increase market share through lead generation and proactive sales efforts.
Establish and maintain strong customer networks and relationships.
Ensure proper operational controls, systems, and processes are in place to support financial stability and operational efficiency.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any related field.
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of medical products, healthcare services, clinical processes, or hospital operations.
Established network or familiarity with hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare institutionsis an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for medical and clinical audiences.
Ability to develop and implement sales processes, controls, and performance metrics.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
