Description - Interact with customers to provide information and assistance regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback using the company's system.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide feedback on customer experiences to help improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call center operations, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills in English, and a solid work ethic.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and empathetic towards customers.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
