About The Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Olympic Village Enterprises Inc.' in Metro Manila. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our company. What you'll be doing Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer databases, and preparing sales reports Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely fulfilment of customer orders and the resolution of any issues Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Participate in sales meetings and present updates on key performance metrics Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the Sales industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Has exposure in handling footwear brands - Nike, Adidas, Skechers, NBA.
