Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and empathy towards customers.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Working Conditions: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
