Fleet Sales Assistant

Full-time

AUTOHUB GROUP BUSINESS AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES, INC.

As a Sales Executive for Fleet Sales, you will be responsible for selling our automotive products and services to corporate/government clients looking to manage and expand their vehicle fleets. You will work closely with businesses to understand their unique needs, recommend solutions, and secure fleet sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and establish lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and engage with potential corporate clients to sell automotive products and services for their fleet needs.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each client's specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive products and services of Autohub Group, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Create customized proposals and quotes, addressing the unique needs of each corporate client.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update management on your sales activities and progress.
  • Collaborate with the customer support and service teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service for the client.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of the automotive industry, especially in the fleet management sector, is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of self-motivation and a passion for sales. Work Location: In person
