F&B Server

Solano Hotel
- Primarily responsible for providing food and drink to guests.
- Take direct table service or it can involve topping up buffet selections with fresh food, serving guests in the buffet queue or working behind a bar mixing drinks And coffee and non-coffee beverage/drinks.
- Setting up marquees, arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of event spaces
- Greeting guests as they arrive at the venue, directing guests to tables, providing menus and taking orders
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Keeping any bar and drink service areas fully stocked with beverages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
- Exposed to bar, barista, and banquet operations (all-around)
- Basic knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Work experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
