The Helper provides general assistance and support to the team in various tasks. This role is designed for entry-level or general labor work, where the individual helps with day-to-day operations by performing tasks that contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the department or organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic tasks as directed by supervisors or team leads.
- Help with setting up equipment, tools, or materials for tasks.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas to ensure a safe, organized environment.
- Carry and move materials, supplies, or products as required.
- Assist skilled workers in their duties, learning new skills along the way.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Report any issues, hazards, or maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Participate in team meetings and follow instructions for job efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as needed based on the operational needs of the organization.
