Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Muntinlupa City for a Collections Specialist. The role involves managing accounts receivable by ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments. Responsibilities include monitoring and following up on overdue accounts, communicating with customers to settle outstanding debts, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional customer support. The role requires attention to detail, collaboration with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone to secure payments for outstanding debt obligations, determine

the reason(s) for delinquency, and obtain a commitment to pay, including negotiating payment

in full or offering payment arrangements if needed

• Provide accounts receivable, customer service, and collections support

• Research and reconcile assigned accounts, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of

collection efforts and resolution of client discrepancies

• Conduct skip tracing as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Two or more (2+) years of collections experience

• In-depth understanding of billing and collection processes

• Strong negotiation skills with an assertive but tactful approach

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet quality and productivity

goals

• Ability to investigate complex situations and offer effective solutions for resolution

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with an auto-dialer is an advantage
