As a CBRE Handyman, you will perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair to various structures throughout multiple commercial facilities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do
- Perform various home repairs and maintenance tasks
- Specialize in carpentry, plumbing, and painting
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures and appliances
- Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of properties
- Troubleshoot and fix problems with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently

- Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
- NCII Certificate required
- At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
- Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment
- Leadership and management experience
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
- Can start ASAP
