Sales Representative

- Greet and assist customers in finding products.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Upsell and cross-sell items to meet sales goals.
- Process transactions using the store’s point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns professionally.
- Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and sales transactions.
- Previous retail or sales experience (preferred but not required).
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
